All components would be mounted onto the power pack and be internally piped to a termination point prior to dispatch from our workshop.
Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)
Our Hydraulic Power Unit can be designed and made to work with most of the Security Bollards, Barrier, Blocker and other system requires hydraulic power. It comprises of electrical motor, hydraulic pump, bell housing, coupling, filters, relief valve, gauges, hydraulic oil tank with skid and below accessories:
Sensors
Sensors like pressure switches, temperature switches, oil level switches etc
Hydraulic Oil Cooler
Hydraulic oil cooler to be built into bell housing or separated
Accumulator Capacity
Accumulator capacity in 3L, 10L, 20L, 32L or 40L.
Manifold Block
Manifold Block with control valves such as solenoid valves or manually operated valve, speed control valve and etc.

Electrical Motor : 3kw, 4kw, 7.5kw, 15kw, 55kw or 75kw; 50Hz or 60Hz; IP54, IP56 or IP66.
Starter : DOL or star-delta starter. Option for running hour counter and running indicating light.
Electrical Control: Local control panel or remote control panel. Option for PLC control.
